My Adventures in Boise!!!!

So it's been a month since I've taken my wonderful trip to Boise, Idaho and I have decided it's about time for me to reflect on it. So listen up Ladies, gentleman, kids, elderly, voting illegal immigrants, yes, even the non-voting illegal immigrants, and various miscellaneous minorites. (I think I covered everyone)
It started out that I had tickets to go see Senses Fail, Saves the Day and The Early November in Salt Lake. Senses Fail and Saves the Day being 2 of the biggest musical influences for me made it all the more exciting that they were coming in the same show. So I told Jeff that he should go to this show. Not only did I tell him, but I insisted! He couldn't resist of course. So the day before the show, my dad calls me up and says "Johnny, have you ever heard of this band called Senses Fail or Saves the Day?" and I was like uh.... yeah why? My dad just casually continues "Well there is this drawing for tickets to the Boise show at my work, I guess they are VIP passes. Want to be entered?" I was excited and replied yes happily. Even though I was excited, I didn't expect to win. Honestly, who wins drawings? No one! But I get a call about 2 hours later with my dad telling me that I won the tickets and the show is the day after the SLC show and I needed to bring a friend to fill the other ticket. I was excited. So once again, I turned to Jeff with an outrageous proposal that we drive to Boise to see this show where we could supposedly meet the band and such according to my dad. Jeff was intrigued, but skeptical. Both our cars were in and shit shape (and still are) and we both had school. So we settled that Jeff's car being a safer bet than my Geo Metro and decided we will take this trip. But only if we drive back home the same night because Jeff had school the next morning. It was a spontaneous and outrageous plan, but wow, was it tempting.
So Jeff and I go to the SLC and needless to say, it was crazy. The show the bands put on were amazing, but the crowds were out of control. Nonetheless, it was a great show and an amazing time was had. I bought 4 new shirts that night. But I made the unwise decision of purchasing them before the show at the stands. I layered all 4 shirts on and practically died of heat stroke. Not really. But it really was ridiculously hot in the crowd. A small problem arose though. I had to call in to work for the next day so I could go to the Boise show. And of course, I had to remember this during the show. The Venue's rules did not allow you to go back outside for any reason unless you were leaving. So making a phone call with about a 1000 people in the same room is somewhat difficult. Especially, if you need to make it convincing that you're not having a life right then. So I went into the bathroom which proved to be the least noisiest place and made my call. I hoped with everything I had that no one woud flush the toilet in there to make the conversation awkward or the bands wouldn't start playing again. Luckily, a fellow co worker answered and I quickly made up a story of how I had to go to Boise to help my Dad. Right when I thought I was home free with no disturbances, some jackass flushes the toilet, which was really loud. It didn't help my case any since I told them I was in my car right then. But eh, oh well, it worked and I had the next day off for the trip. So after the show, Jeff and I drove to USU since thats where Jeff's dorm was. He had school and I had no prior obligations. We would stay there for the night then the next day, ASAP, head to Boise.
We embarked on our journey at about noon to the great state of potatoes and incest. Little did we know how boring that 5 hour drive would be. We filled the gaps with inane chatter, speaking of life and any random shit that came to mind. We finally reached Boise around 4:30 or so. Boise, is quite the crappy city. There is like 4 or 5 semi tall buildings that make up downtown. There is no coordinate system and there is a ton of unnecessary one way roads. Needless to say, getting around was tough. We could not find that venue to save our souls. The traffic was horrible. Not because there is a ton of people; but because people there are apparently inept to the concept of speed and the speed limit. People drive soooooo slow. It's like time stands still as you wait for them to get to the next light. So with that, we said "fuck it," we parked on the side and walked. It proved to be much faster. We asked for directions from 2 different people, both of which told us these long complicated paths. They were both wrong. None of the directions led anywhere except for circles. It was at this point, Jeff took charge and navigated by his wits. Surprisignly enough, it got us to the venue. It was just a straight shot instead of the maze directions we were given. It was at that point we vowed to never trust people from Idaho again because they apparently love to screw you over for lack of something to do in that backward ass city. We were still very early for the show so we wondered around aimlessly for entertainment, making fun of all the small things the city ever had to off. Which wasn't much by the way. So we went back to the venue to claim our VIP tickets since it was about time for the show to start and it was then we encountered a problem. Someone fucked up because our names were not on the list for the passes. The passes just lay there in front of us behind the glass window without owners. We were supposed to get in before everyone else. But the problems persisted and all the general admission crowd got in before us. I called my dad and my dad called his boss who incidentally owned the venue and got us in after an hour and a half in the unforgiving Idaho cold. I demanded compensation for their lack of brains. All they could offer us was free food. Meeting the bands was not included in the VIP pass like my dad said, so that was an extra downer and you had to be 21 to use the full extent of the pass since it included alcohol. The show started with the same energy coming from the bands but much less coming from the crowd. People from Idaho just stood around. there was very little movement throughout the show. Sometimes people would just but if you ran into someone in what would normally be the pit, they would get all butt hurt. It was ridiculous. NO ONE IN BOISE KNEW HOW TO ROCK OUT!!!! Me and Jeff and a handful of other people proved to be the only ones who knew how to jump and get into music. It pretty much made us look stupid, but who cares. We had fun. After the show with the dull crowd but amazing bands we stood outside the back of the venue with some hope of meeting the bands. I wanted to make the trip up there worth while. I had hope of meeting the bands and was determined to make it happen. After about a half an hour of waiting like die hards, The Early November emerged. I talked with them briefly but it wasnt that great. I'm not a huge Early November fan. A little while longer, Senses Fail's drummer, Dan Trapp came out. Dan Trapp has been a huge influence in the way I play drums. I look up to him in a way. I talked to him for a while about the new album they were puttin out, our trip, and drums. It was cool to meet one of my idols. I met one of the guitarists for Senses Fail very briefly. He seemed to have no interest in talking and was brisk. Unfortunately, thats all I met of Senses Fail. Later, Chris Connely, the lead singer of Saves the Day came out. I was excited. I loved his lyrics and always hoped to be as good as he was. I talked to him and he was super cool. Just really laid back and funny. Just a real down to earth person. My night was made. I met some of my biggest idols and saw the same amazing show twice. At the stroke of midnight, that night, I turned 19. Phone calls poured in from good friends wishing me happy birthday.
At about 1 in the morning, Jeff and I decided to head back after eating some Del Taco with my dad. Jeff had to be back for class that morning. It was cold and it was boring. We started to drift asleep slowly, so I told Jeff to pull over so we could rest for an hour. So we stopped at this creepy rest stop and slept in that freezing ass car. After our short rest we were on our way and were back to talking tired jibberish in no time. After what seemed to be days, we made it back to Jeff's dorm, tired and beat, but yet happy. Jeff immediately crashed on his bed. I just went home from there. The drive back home wasn't incredibly pleasnt since I was drop dead tired. But I did make it home alive around 10 in the morning and crashed on my bed instantly. I didn't wake up for hours after that.
It was good to have a good spontaneous adventure. Definitely worth while filled with memories I won't forget. It was a good 19th birthday to see my favorite bands under one roof with my bueno amigo Jeff joining in on the craziness.

Stressed or Tired

I finally made it through my first semester of college. It could have been worse. Yet it could have been better too. I feel like a lot has been lifted off of me. But yet, with the stress of finals lifted, why is it that I feel just as stressed? I have so much on my mind I can't sort it all out. Lately, I just feel so helpless and lonely. Mostly lonely. I tell myself everyday "I don't want to feel like this anymore." "I don't want these feelings or emotions." If only it were as easy as wishing those away. My moods have been so on and off lately. It's almost as if I'm bipolar. I know I'm really not. But I can't control these overwhelming emotions that seem to hit me when I least expect. Even when I do expect them to hit, it doesn't make me anymore prepared or ready to handle it. I don't know what to do. Maybe because it's just winter, that I feel like this. I don't remember a winter where I've been happy. I'm generally depressed in the winter time. It's so easy to set me off. It's so easy to stress me out. And it doesn't help me any that I'm lonely. Lonelier than I've ever felt. I have good friends, so I'm not lonely in that aspect. I'm lonely in the fact that I have not really ever had a girl care for me deeply and I care for her just as deep in almost 2 years. Granted, I'm young and shouldn't have to worry about this sort of things too much. But feeling like you're unwanted in a way really starts to take its toll. I don't know. I just had to rant. That's all. It's not that big of a deal. I just needed to type till I ran out of thoughts.

Expired.....

Back here again to rant on what's been going on.
It's been on and off how I've been feeling. My stress level is catching up to me as school piles on and work gets worse. It seems to take very little anymore to set me off. It feels like lately that things will go right for like a day or two but it's not long before something ends up taking away anything that resembles a good mood. Plus its the holidays. My worst memories are always during November and December. Though, this commercial time of year usually means some amount of happiness, I am typically depressed during the holiday seasons. It usually has nothing to do with the holidays most of the time. Everything just seems to go wrong for me in the winter time. It's hard for me to be happy in the winter. I hate the cold. I hate the idea of walking outside because of how cold it is. I don't snowboard or ski (I used to) so the snow means nothing to me but drivers that are already horrible, turning worse. Snow=shitty people. It's like the second it snows, everyone drives likes its their last day on earth or they are attempting to escape from something. School is almost over for a while and I'm happy for that. My job however is not over. I have been interviewed for 3 seperate EKG tech jobs and all 3 have yet to call me back with an answer. It's been like a month since I've interviewed. I've called to hopefully acquire something of a result but everytime they just say they don't know. I really want to leave my job. I know I whine about this every time, but I can't stand my job. I need to leave. I fear it will be a while yet before I ever do. Women are just as shitty of an issue. The girls I always want are the ones that I can never have. The girls that want me are generally the girls I never want. I feel a dream expire everytime I have some psychotic girl throw herself at me while I hopelessly chase a couple of girls that would sooner eat a lump of cow poo covered in burnt hair and old medical waste then even think about looking my way. I'm tired of losing and getting blown off by girls. It's the same shit every year and it's as if I never actually learn despite the same reoccurring events and patterns. So now I'm just saying fuck it. I can't take it anymore. I just don't care anymore. I"m not even going to try because it's all the same.
Yeah, despite all the confusion I feel a few good things have happened. I'm starting to get back into music by starting a new band. So far it's turning out to be acoustical rock and I pretty much have amazing members in this new shin dig. I really hope that things start to get serious with it because I've needed music by having a band in my life for a long time. I have finally reached the mediocre age of 19. Which is pretty much the age of 17 all over again. Just pointless and in between with very few rights or priveleges tacked on to it. As for my new car situation, it's actually coming along. However, I don't believe I'll be getting a Mitsubishi Lancer anymore. I have now set my sights on a VW Van. Tha'ts right. A van. A damn sexy one too. Someday, you will know its power. I may have it in the next couple of weeks. So thats good. I've been volunteering at Local every chance I get. Local is a great place. It's the one place where I know I can go to and find a friend. I like volunteering. I love being apart of music. Setting up shows there, hanging out with good people. It helps out a lot.
Other than this, I'm feeling overwhelmed and out of luck. I miss the summer a lot. I miss a lot of what was, but no longer is now. I miss a lot of my old friends and friends I have now. Summer was when things were right..........I was never quite alone then.
Even though I didn't realize it at the time.

My Adventures With Neighborhood Garbage Rummaging

It's been a while since I've posted an adventure on here. I think it's safe to say that's because of my lack of adventuring. But this story is a good one. So Read it!
It's the day before Halloween and I just got off a 14 hour day at work. I was kind of having a shitty day really and all I wanted to do was just relax and maybe take a drive to unwind. After I showered, I got ready to just drive. Before I headed out the door my friend Melissa calls me and says, "We are picking you up, we're in the neighborhood." I was like uh ok. Random. Sure enough they are at my door in less than a minute. When I get into the car I find out that Brennon, Melissa, Matt, Brennon's cousin, and Brennon's sister Brie have been out lighting coffee creamer. I was excited. I hadn't blown shit up in a long time. I was long past due to be destructive. We drove around looking for a good place stopping at a few other places then deciding it was too risky. Melissa and Brennon's sister decide they need to leave because they have school in the morning (pitiful non-graduates). That just left me, Matt, Brennon and Brennon's cousin (I forgot his name). It happened to be clean out week for Brennons neighborhood. This basically meant that there was a bunch of shit on the sidewalks for the garbage people to pick up. Surprisingly enough, there was actually cool stuff to take. I took a tv, Brennon's cousin took a bunch of plastic chairs, and there was an assortment of couches we planned on taking. We also took a toilet. We had plans of dragging it on the road or shooting it out on the desert. Maybe even setting it up in random public places and shitting in it casually and leaving it there. During all this Me and Brennon called Jeff and mocked him for not being here with us to enjoy such a momentus occasion. He seemed to get somewhat annoyed and possibly jealous and let us go.  We were going to pick up 2 other toilets when Matt came across a computer on the sidewalk. Without hesitating he took it. We drove to a nearby park parking lot and tied the power cord to the hitch on his truck and drug it around. Me and Brennon were laughing so hard we couldn't stop crying and couldn't catch our breath. Just the sight of a computer being drug around was just so cheaply amusing. We couldn't help it. After it shattered and broke away from the truck, they drove off. Me and Brennon caught our breath and picked up the major pieces that were left over. Minutes later we get a call from Matt saying he is being followed by some guy in a piece of shit car. Brennon and I drive by and there was the guy. Just sittin in his car on his phone. We called Matt back and told him to get the hell out of the neighborhood because he was most likely on the phone with the cops. So Matt and Brennon's cousin drive out of there and the guy follows them. Matt is on the phone telling us where they are going and if the guy is still following them. He pulls into a gas station and the guy follows him there and Matt gets off the phone after that. Brennon and I went the opposite direction of them and we didn't hear from them for a long time. So we drove by the gas station where they were supposed to be at and wouldn't you know it? Four cars of Sandy city's finest underpaid cops are at the scene with the lights flashing., Me and Brennon cracked up as we saw Matt and Brennon's cousin stand outside talking to the cops. We couldn't help. In fear of getting pulled over ourselves for reasons we don't know we parked in a nearby parking lot hoping Matt was ok and wasn't getting a hideous ticket, or worse going to jail. We wondered why would a cop give a shit? I'm sure it's not a horrible crime for stealing trash on the sidewalk. And why the fuck did that guy following them care? We waited anxiously for them to call. After about 20 minutes, Matt calls us. Apparently the cops pulled them over because the guy following them called the cops on them for dragging the computer in the parking lot. That was it. The cops joked around with them and gave him a ticket with a price unknown for careless driving. We got let off easy. But really, was it necessary for 4 cops to respond? That just shows how little cops have to do on a Sunday night in Utah. We met up in a parking lot and talked briefly. While we were talking a cop drove by and Brennon's cousin waved at him in a dumbass fashion. The cop pulls into the parking lot. For some reason we all jumped in our vehicles like immigrants avoiding the FBI and were gone in less than 10 seconds in opposite directions. Turned out nothing happened. The cop didn't pursue us. But that was it.
I needed a night like tonight when it comes down to it. This is the part of my life I miss the most. My friends. My adventures. My fun. Much of that has been gone because of the responsibility I have taken now. I needed tonight. I really did. Definitely a night to remember. Anyway. Thanks for reading!

It's been a while I guess

Hello there. It's October now and for some reason I really like the month of October. Halloween is all well and good, but I think it has to do with all the good memories I have had associated with this month. I think it's a very beautiful month. The colors change, its not quite freezing cold, but not really hot either. The past month has been pretty good. I made it through the first half of my ekg class and applie for an ekg tech position. I hope I at least get an interview. I have reached the point where I hate my job with an incredibly deep passion. It puts me in such a bad mood to be there. I really need to get out of there and start doing more meaningful work. I just have to be patient I guess. I have at least another 3 weeks of my ekg class before I'm officially certified. I just need to hang in there. Recently, I've been volunteering at Local a lot in the South Town Mall. In fact, as I write this, I'm there right now. I like to help out. It's fun. I meet bands and help set up the shows, I have met a lot of cool people. I can't complain. I like being here. I think a lot of it is that it's my way of staying connected with music since I'm not in a band anymore. It's just my way of staying part of what I love. I hope to start a new band soon. I have some willing people, its just a matter of making it come together. I miss playing music. Those were the days where I seemed to really feel alive despite the troubles I had back then. I love music and have lived for it since I got into it. But as more responsibility piles on top of me, the more it seems to fade. Which is kind of sad. Of course I still play my drums, at least once a day, but still. For the most part overall, my life has been going pretty good. I really want to move out though. It's hard to get people to go in on it and even harder to find a reasonable place. A house preferably. I still don't want to go to Boise. So I'm still trying to get out. I have a lot of freedom at home, but when I get chewed out about not cleaning my bathroom, that makes me feel further away from being independent than I ever thought. I have longed to move out for a long long long time. I hate the feeling of being under someones control. I hate the idea that someone can control what I do. In a weird way, I think thats why I'm not looking for a relationship. I see a lot of people I know in relationships and they are under their control completely. They tend to change a lot because they were told or hinted to. I think that's so lame. I'm way too independent to blow off friends constantly and change the way I dress and act for someone. I don't know if that's a problem or a positive, but meh. Recently, a friend of mine had someone close to her family died. She told me a lot about how everyone at school the next day acted like they knew him when they really didn't. I see it all the time when someone dies and I think its selfish to try to take advantage of someones death to gain attention for yourself. When someone young dies, suddenly everyone becomes "very close" to them and is incidentally their "best friend." I think its very disrespectful and selfish. I hope people like that get what's coming to them. Yes, it is sad that someone has passed on, but I think those kinds of people deserve to be punished for taking advantage of family and friend's loss to gain an amount of attention or to not feel out of place.
Anyway, I'm really rambling on and this probably goes down as possibly the most boring blog I have ever written. If you have made it this far, you should go to Local and visit me when I'm there and buy stuff because this store needs your help and support! And if you have made it to this point, you should subscribe to my blogs and comment them. I will love you. I like feedback. Peace out yo!

My Rant on Dumbass Bulletins

I originally posted this as a bulletin multiple times on August 1st. Many have wondered if I had kept this archived somewhere and the answer is yes, yes I have. Due to more dumbass bulletins popping up daily I would like to bring it back, only in blog form so it can be read whenever. Here it is, in it's entirety my bulletin about dumbass bulletins. Enjoy!
So obviously now you've gotten this far, so now that you're here, I'd like to address dumbass bulletins once again but in more detail rather than my previous condensed points. Please read all the way through.

1. What is with these dumbass bulletins going around about a ghost boy or girl saying they are going to kill you if you don't repost the bulletin? Honestly, people, if there really are ghosts, I'm pretty sure they have better things to do then log on to myspace and harass people by threatening to murder them in their sleep. And I'm for damn sure that a dead person would not describe themselves with "scary eyes."

2. I absolutely hate the bulletins that are petitions testifying you believe in God and not posting the bulletin would otherwise insult the faith you practice and ultimately sending you to the pits of Hell. This seems like a very low way of trying to sort out atheists and pagans from people who practice popular religous factions. Now, I am not atheist, but I do not need a bulletin telling me that I do not believe in God if I do not repost a stupid bulletin. In no way, shape, or from should there be bulletins made to even attempt to reflect someone's personal beliefs. To me it seems more blasphemous than righteous to speak for God Himself by hinting that by not posting a bulletin, you do not believe the faith you practice. So in short, Grow up you dipshits.

3. Why are there so many cheesy ass bulletins with some really lame, poorly written story attached about a boy and girl that are so in love that they fail to tell each other but one of them HAS to die in order for them to see it. And of course there is always some sort of secret note hidden that one of the widowed teenage persons finds close by the dead body of their "loved one." Then of course if you don't repost that bulletin you are doomed to bad love forever or 10 years or some random number. BUT if you do repost it, you will be loved in ten minutes, no joke. Who ever makes these dumb bulletins should be thrown off a bridge into icy water followed by target practice with bricks from the people above. Seriously, stop posting these! They are all the same! Really. I can guarantee that whether or not you post that will have no effect on your love life in the coming years. And the worst part is, that these bulletins or chains don't even have a novelty factor. It's not one of those "this is so cute," or "this is worth your time reading," or even "this is so dumb it's funny" sort of deals. It's just dumb and a waste of my time and many other people's time.

4. Ok, how many times does Tom or anyone with half a brain have to explain this? At least once a week I see a bulletin that says myspace will be cancelled, or you will be charged or some stupid shit like that. Just realize that if you believed all this from some random person, then logically if you lived in any other country than America, you probably would have been killed years ago because you're so gullible. These are the same people who enjoy jigsaw puzzles thoroughly with an IQ of 70 and people who get inspired by motivational posters. Chances are if all it takes to inspire you is a cheap saying and a pretty picture, than that probably means you have a job so easy that robots will be doing it soon. None of those rumors are true, and nor will they be true

Ok, so maybe I've ranted enough now. But seriously, stop posting stupid chain bulletins that waste my time and other's time. That way maybe I can actually read the bulletins I would actually care to read and I'm sure others feel the same. If you have any comments I would surely like to hear about them. Message me or something.

Sincerely,
Johnny W.

As of Now

Well, here is a small of update of my life as of now. Things have been going pretty good lately. A few ups and downs here and there. But overall, things aren't that bad. I'm doing well in school still. I'm still way stoked about that. I started my accelerated EKG school today so I can finally upgrade to a better job. That class was soooooo long! I have to go there twice a week for 2 hours. Every Monday and Wednesday I have to go back to my work and walk a whole 10 feet away from it to the conference building and waste my life. It's not a bad class. It's just a lot of information to take in. I know a lot of it already. I just need to know more of the hands on material and I should be good. I just gotta get through it because I know in the long run, it will really pay off.
Lately, I've been trying to get a new car. A Mitsubishi Lancer actually. Getting the loan for the car has proven more difficult than I thought. Apparently my credit is mixed up with my dads which means my credit is shitty. I have no credit. I'm too young. I hope it gets sorted out soon, because I've wanted a new car for so long. I know I'm pretty much going to deck it out. I already know what I want to do to it. So once I get it, I think I'll be super stoked.
I haven't had much of a life though lately, I'll admit. Many of my friends have been too busy or they are off somewhere else to hang out. I miss the summer days. When we do hang out, its awesome. But its not like how it used to be. I knew it wouldn't but it's a little more boring than I pictured. Not only that, I've had a couple of immature individuals try to make my life hell for lack of something better to do. It doesn't get to me really. People who try to insult and hurt me to make themselves feel better aren't even worth wasting the emotions on. Because thats what they want otherwise they wouldnt do it. They wouldn't do it if they didn't know it would cause a little bit of ruckus. But all in all, as stupid and immature as it is, I haven't really let it get to me. I'm better than that middle school drama. I hope that those people grow up and find themselves soon. Because the real world will eat them alive if it hasn't started to already. Not to say I'm totally grown up myself (penis, boobs, cock, poop) but it will benefit them in the long run. It occurred to me how selfish people can be when they maliciously go out to hurt people to make themselves feel better about their insecurities. This world isn't ever going to be right if we can't think of others every once in a while. I've let go of a lot of things to be a way from those kinds of people.
One last little thing, the more time goes on, the more I really consider moving to Boise. At the moment, I don't have much here anymore. I won't have anything in Boise. But maybe it will be something new. I figure I'll be back in Utah at least 2 or 3 weekends a month and I'd be back living in Salt Lake when I transfer to the U in a year or so. Either way I have to come back to Utah. I'm not getting any of my major degrees in Idaho. The U is the way to go. Especially if I'm going into medicine. So maybe a little change won't be bad. I still dont like the idea, but I'm starting to find that I'm really strapped for cash lately and probably won't have much of a choice when the time comes.
Other than the little bumps in my road lately, I've been great. I feel more accomplished than I ever have. I know that as time goes on, there will be more little ups and downs. But more than ever I feel prepared to take them on. I'm not ready per se, but I'm not going to turn my back because life gets unpleasant.

That was a good weekend!

This weekend was a great one. I got to meet one of my musical idols. Now pay attention to my story and pay attention to it well, or else you may not be able to share the same joy as I did, you silly bitch.
As it goes, the lead singer from The Ataris, Kris Roe, was coming into town to play an acoustical set at Local. Local is a store that is locally owned, sells local merchandise, and promotes local bands. In this case, Kris Roe had booked himself to play a full acoustical set at Local. I was super stoked. So on the day of, I got to the mall early. Like 10 hours early. But I went there to see if I could help the guys at Local set up. I did get to help out and I volunteered willingly. It was actually really fun. I got to meet a lot of kick ass people throughout the day and help set up for the show. John Allred was going to play first. He is the lead singer from the band Allred. Basically, John Allred is one of the most talented musicians I know. As the show crept closer, many of my friends had started to come in. Friends who I don't see as often as I used to. Nate, Kyle, Jeff, and Brennon were all there. My 4 best friends happened to be there. It was great to see them all under one roof again. Then of course my first ex g/f Brittany came. I figured she would since she has worshipped The Ataris for as long as I have known her. It was way cool to see her again. We spoke and joked around alot throughout the show like we were good friends. That in itself really helped make my day. No, it wasn't because I felt an attraction to her again. But I guess it gave me a sense of closure that I have longed for. For once, I felt like that things would be ok between us forever. We have both well moved on and have grown up quite a bit. When the break up didn't go quite as smooth as we both might have hoped, I was kind of an immature ass about it. I didn't really know better at the time. Just being able to hang out with her without feeling awkward or weird relieved something inside of me that I have long forgotten, but something that was still always there. It sounds stupid, but it really helped make my day.
Anyway, the show got started and and John Allred played a fucking amazing set. Thats all there is to describe it. Kris Roe was running incredibly late. Like almost an hour late. The crowd waited impatiently for him to there. Me and Nate paced back in forth in the back room waiting even more impatiently for him to show up. Nate had waited years to meet the man who got him into music. I hadn't waited as long as Nate, but his music was a good influence in my life. When he finally showed up, I was starstuck. I didn't know what to do. Kris was a very casual kind of guy. He talked to everyone very calmly and in kind of a way like he had known you for a while. I talked to him while he set up for the show. It was pretty cool. As little as it was, it meant a lot to talk the guy whos music I had been listening to since 9th grade. If not just a little earlier. He went on and played most of my favorite songs. The point is he played the songs that meant the most to me though. It was awesome to hear them live. Afterwards, I talked to him a little more and he was gone soon after.
That night had to have been one of the better nights of my life and more recently to me as well. I had all my best friends under one roof like it used to be. Just laughing and making others life by being the assholes we are. Anyone who had ever meant something to me was there, even an old ex. It helped put some pieces together inside of me.  Pieces I never thought were broken to begin with. It was a great night and I don't think I've been that hyper or off the wall in a long time. Sorry to anyone that I freaked out or annoyed! And special thanks to the guys at Local for letting me stick around and help out and be a part of that kick ass event.

Everything is going to be alright

Today, I feel good. I don't know why. But I do. I have had a lot better mindset lately. Even though my friends have moved or are now too busy, I have really kept my head above the water. Maybe today, I realized that everything is going to be ok. Not like I didn't think so before. I was a little scared a little before, but I wasn't shaken from my confidence. Even though my world is changing and much will change, there is no use for me to live in the past. There is nothing I can change there. At least I can improve in the future and work toward my goals and being a better person. Rather than dwell on my negative experiences, I harness them. I learn from them and become stronger. Yeah, things won't always be easy, and college will be hard and trying. But for the first time in a long time, I know I can handle things. I know that whatever is up ahead, difficult for fun, I can take it. Not alone all the time. I am no longer discouraged by the unfamiliar realms of new life and school. I know now what I need to do to make myself.
Today, I realized that everyone is starting middle school/high school and I would just like to say.................It sucks to be you. I am so glad I am out of that needlessly dramatic pisshole. There is some aspects of it I will miss of course. But for the most part, I am happy I am out of there. I realized that today as I ate Taco Bell at noon and realized, wow, I have no where to be for a while. This is great. Taco Bell never tasted so good at that point. So to all of you still in high school, have fun and live it up. and to everyone else. goodbye

My Adventures with Accidentally Overdosing on Excedrin

Hello Everyone, I have a story for you that occurred about a month ago and only a few people have heard it. Since I have nothing better to do, I thought I should share it with the whole world. Mostly encompassing maybe 4 people. Anyway, I shall begin:
To start off, I'd like to say that I am fairly against, drinking and doing drugs. Never done it, Never will. And it's not for any reasons dealing with popular religious factions. For I am not committed to one. I do not do these things because I know myself well enough to know that I would be addicted. If other people want to do it, thats fine with me. I'm not going to preach. It's their choice. Anyway, moving on......... One night I got a migraine and that was unusual in itself. I never have migraines. In fact it was the second one I have had in my lifetime. It was so bad it was starting to impair my vision and train of thought. I couldn't see straight. Everything was wobbly and wierd. I was nauseated and couldn't concentrate or think to save my soul. It was very painful. So I stumble upstairs to get some medicine for it and I ask my dad what I should take. He tells me I should take four 200mg ib profen. So as I'm going through the medicine drawer I come across a bottle of maximum strength excedrin designed for migraines. 800mg a tablet. So I figured that would be the better choice. However, like I said, my migraine was impairing much of my train of thought and I had the mindset of taking 4 ib profen. So what do I do? I take 4 maximum strength excedrins. Not good. Not good at all. I would never do this intentionally. So basically after midnight that night; I don't remember anything except that I still felt pain and a dream of walking down my street.
I wake up the next day feeling a little light headed but refreshed. My migraine is no longer with me and I feel a little out of it. As I walk out of my room my sister says "what the hell was your problem last night? You were so rude and mean. You kicked over my chair while I was asleep and told me to get to bed" I was like what. No I didn't why, in the hell would I do that? So I go back to my room and check my cell phone for any messages I may have missed since I thought I went to bed early. I noticed I had about 15 new messages in my text message outbox. I was like what? I don't remember sending those. My outbox was empty last night. Much to my dismay, I find that in my stupor I had texted my ex at 3 in the morning telling her, how much I missed her and wanted her back. Something I would have never said in my lifetime had I been sober. I knew that I was going to be in deep shit after that. I make my way upstairs and my dad interrogates me immediately. He asks "what were you doing leaving the house at 5 in the morning? you disappeared and walked out of the house for no reason." My dad obviously wouldn't make something like this up so I said I just felt a little uneasy and went for a walk to catch some air. Oddly enough he believed it. Then it hit me. My "dream" of me walking down the street was reality. I walked down to 711. But for what? I ran to my room and saw a double big gulp (64 oz) drink filled to the brim full of diet coke on my desk. I fuckin hate diet coke! It was completely untouched. I obviously must have payed for it because there was no warrant for my arrest. Why I got diet coke, I don't know, but I did. So as I put the puzzle pieces together I realized that I really got fucked up on excedrin and didnt remember anything for 7 hours. Needless to say my ex chewed me out and she didn't even believe my story of why I did it. But eh, oh well.
So what have we learned? Johnny would not do well on drugs and is apparently a dick when he's fucked up. So all the more incentive for me not to touch the stuff. Anyway, Thats my story, I hope you enjoyed it. And if you made it all this way, I suggest that you subscribe to my blogs so you can be apart of all the "Johnny super action." Yes. You know it's true.

Life Update: Complete with unnecessary slander

Well, I thought maybe I should give an update with my life. Many people are fairly confused with a few situations of mine so yes, I will address those and other things you wouldn't care if I addressed.
1. Moving: As for my moving situation regarding me moving to the well known state of inbreeding hicks, cattle fuckin, and racism, and yes, I'm talkin about my move to Boise, Idaho. Now IF I move to this magical place, it will not be till March or April. We still need time to sell the house and shit like that. As I have stated before, I am thoroughly against this move so me moving is still highly questionable and I will do everything in my power to stay here.
2. Girls: Yes, they still do suck ass. Lately, events in my life involving this species, has left me bitter to an extent. I like meeting new girls, and stuff. But I'm not looking for anyone and likewise, no one is really looking for me.
3. My general thoughts: My life has been good. But as college creeps closer the more scared I get. My life will change slowly, maybe fast. As if it hasn't changed enough the past few months. Saying goodbye to one of my best friends as he leaves for college sucks. It won't be the last time I'll see him obviously. Just won't be as often. I feel that now that I step into this new unkown world, that many aspects of my life are starting to fade and die away. Familiar faces are leaving, new people will enter my life, I feel alone again. High School is good and over and I'm fine with that. I wasn't really that attached to that place anyway. But there are people whom I will miss and may never see again. Whether they be from high school or not, if I will miss those people, they have somehow made me feel different in some way, whether it be little or big. I also find that I have a growing passionate hate towards my job nowadays. I have maybe only 1 or 2 friends there anymore. Everyone else is just a co worker. Work has just been a mess of unnecessary immature drama by which I had been subject to for a couple of months. I get more quiet everyday I go. People would sooner talk shit about me than help me. It used to be better. I just gotta be patient as I train in my EKG studies so I can transfer and never look back. Generally, I am a happy person. I'm happy with how things are going despite little set backs, ups and downs. But thats just life. Life is compromise and change and its all a matter of how you choose to deal with that. Like some would rather dwell on your experiences to gain pity and attention than learning and harnessing your experiences not just for your good but others then it seems selfish doesnt it? Now I'm just kind of rambling on. A piece of my life is ending. My friend Lincoln put it best when he said "And ending is just a chance to begin writing a new chapter, only you preferably make this one more interesting." So as I'm stepping into this unknown, I will try to live it the best I can........
and that is all and I have effectively wasted for your life/time for almost 2-3 minutes.

My Adventures at Nutty Putty Caves

It is once again another time for me to come forth and begail my readers with another story of dimwitted actions, smothered in unnecessary rhetoric and banter.
Last night was the last night my good friend Jeff would be in Sandy before he left a whole 2 hours away to Logan to attend USU. It was his idea to get a bunch of people and go up to Nutty Putty Caves and pull an all nighter. Just chill, listen to music, talk and all that good stuff. For those who don't know, Nutty Putty Caves is a system of underground caves out in the West Desert. Quite a few people bombed out on us so the trip started out with myself, Jeff, Brennon, Melissa, Scott, Keith, Matt and his friend (I don't remember the friends name), and a girl Jeff knew from Idaho named Carrie. We all met up at a 7/11 by Bangeter highway where Scott purchased 18 dollars in gas in change while I programmed my i-pod to play some hang out music and what not. We pushed out to the caves and made it around 7. We pulled over, shot some cans and clay pigeons with the shotguns and assorted firearms we chose to bring. Nothing unites a group of people quite like guns. After about 2 hours of constant noise from 7 people with guns we finally decided to embark on our adventure up to the caves. The road was needless to say, bumpy beyond all reason and 2 out of the 4 vehicles really had enough power to make it up the steep slope to get to the top where the entrance was. After bottoming out suspensions and making our spines a chiropractors dream, we all piled out of the car and made a fire with what little daylight we had left. Scott, being the boy scout he is, just piles wood in an arbitrary place, pours a shitload of gas, lights a match and runs like hell. We all crowded round the fire for a bit. During our little pointless chat sessions I notice that Brennon's doors are open and the inside light is on. I told him and he left to go correct this problem. For some unknown reason/reason I don't remember, Brennon had his keys in the ignition. He shuts all the doors, turns off the lights, then locks the door.............While the keys are still in the ignition. He locked his damn keys in the car in the middle of a desert. His spare keys were with his parents in bear lake, and the combo lock on the side, yeah well Brennon had no memory of such a code. Everyone scrambled to somehow try to get back into his car. Conveniently there was a coat hanger lying around and just about everyone was trying to slip past the door strippings or trying to jimmy rig the lock unsuccessfully. We couldn't make it in after an hour of failed attempts. By this time Scott, Keith, Melissa, and Matt's friend had to go home. Leaving me, Jeff, Brennon, Matt, and Carrie to fend for ourselves. I had my chance to hitch a ride home but I decided to stay for Brennon because I know he would have done the same for me. Plus it seemed like it would be fun. And another nice addition to this was that my only set of car keys was in Brennons Explorer. Me and Jeff tried endless to convince him to commit and act of..............*cough* insurance fraud *cough* good deeds to get his car back. We suggest he just break out a small window so we could get our crap get in the car and leave. Time was of the essence because Brennon also left the radio on in his car. The battery was going to die if we didn't get in there quick. But he refused to get a free window paid by insurance for making up a completely believable story. He choose to believe there was a better way. In the meantime of all this, we were expecting our friend Lindsay and her friend Autumn to come up with us. Which of course they rode in on four wheelers from random guys who were riding in the desert as well. Lindsay had suffered quite the rasberry scratch on her back after one of the guys did a failed attempt to impress the girls by popping a large wheely on the Atv's. I don't know how it happened but it scratched her up good. So by this point, we were pretty much stranded with Brennon's car. He had formulated a plan that Melissa, his girlfriend, would come out at 5 in the morning to pick us up and we would find help in the morning to help us unlock his car. Melissa was our only hope seeing as though all other rides were unavailable and Brennon was unwilling to break his window to avoid the hassle of all this. So it looked like all of us were going to pull an all nighter in the middle of the desert. Its hard to sleep out in the desert so sleep was kind of out of the question. But we figured we should still have fun anyway. We explored the cave in depth, armed with flashlights and glowsticks. It was a pretty fun little hike. Lindsay had to use Matt a lot as a human stepping stone, but he was fine with that. At the end of the cave we cracked open glowsticks and spackled the stuff all over the walls and each other and turned off all our flashlights. It was a really cool sight as we embraced the underground pitch darkness dimly lit by the cancerous glowsticks. We made our way back out of the cave and from there on we chilled by the fire for the next 5 hours after that. Our provisions were just slightly moist hot dog buns with hot dogs but no condiments, gummy worms, knock off oreo cookies, and all the soda we need to destroy our kidneys and pancreas. We lived by the fire in complete paranoia of hearing crap. You could hear coyetes howling everywhere and some weird growling sound in the distance. Which turned out to be a bird oddly enough. The whole 5 hours was filled with the most pointless conversations imaginable until Melissa finally came and got us. At 7:30 in the morning we drove to the nearest town to phone police for a slim jim key. Melissa then dropped off Me, Brennon and Matt back at the caves to wait for the cops while Jeff found a ride home with Lindsay in her car that was parked at the edge of the desert. From there the 3 of us complained in our tired stupor about our situation. Eventually the cops did make it and after about 10 minutes they got the car open. It was a joyus occasion. Although Brennon's truck was long dead, Matt's keys were in there. We trecked down to where matt was parked and crammed in his little truck and drove our way back home. We didn't make it in time to say goodbye to Jeff. But we called to harass him anyway. I'm sure I have left out many details of this story and I have probably made a mockery of the actual greatness of this story. But meh.
By the way, Matt C. is a dumbass. Nutty Putty caves is NOT collapsed in because the locals buried it in because 3 kids died in there a few weeks ago. That was in Provo.
Thank you for being dully intrigued......

I'm moving

Ok, a few months ago I posted a blog saying that I might be moving. I didn't think it would really happen. My dad got offered a new job that will pay him a lot more than we make. At least triple. Now, where would we move? Boise, Idaho. Statistically Boise is 10 years behind Salt Lake. So that means the Smashing pumpkins are still together. Kurt Cobain isn't dead yet, and that Oklahoma bomber son of bitch needs to die. Ha ha, no they are ten years behind technology wise. That doesn't bother me. What bothers me is that I don't want to move. At all. Everything I have ever known is here in Utah. I may not like this state, but it is my home nonetheless. Everything I have, everything I have gained, everyone I know is here. I don't want to leave. This is the beginning of my adult life and I can't tear down everything I know and start over with a new life where everything is unfamiliar. All my family is in Idaho, but I would never see them anyway. I'm fuckin pissed. I don't want to leave. I can move if I wanted to. But to where? With who? I can't go alone. I don't make enough money. I really don't want to go. And I know some of you had to do this when you were younger or maybe you still move a lot and you're just thinking "fuck a doodle doo, quit your bitchin." It's truly hard for me though to leave all this and go somewhere I don't want to go. I never pictured myself living in Idaho for as long as I have lived. It scares me. Where am I going to be? What am I going to do? I won't have the steady job I have now. I won't have friends I've grown up with. I won't have anything. However, there is a chance that in 90 days that if my dad doesn't like the job or the employers don't like him he can leave or be told to leave, no problems. But thats a very unlikely situation. Also I won't be moving until March or April. But still, I don't want to leave. It's depressing for me.
I don't want to go. I really don't with every fiber of my being.........

My Adventures with Coffee Creamer

Yet another adventure is being presented to you. It's pretty crazy so you won't be disappointed.
It was myself, Matt, Lincoln and this guy Brendon I didn't know. We decided that we should light coffee creamer. Now for those of you who don't know this, coffee creamer is incredibly flammable and explosive. No bullshit. It has to be poured onto a lighter from a high place in order for it to work because if its in a pile it doesn't work. So anyway, we get the coffee creamer and they wanted to do it behind a Smith's. I was like fuck that! I'll go to jail and get cornhole raped. Despite my objections, they were going to do it anyway. Luckily there was someone in the parking lot watching so we couldn't do it. So we decided we should go to this church pavillion thing. After several unsuccessful attempts we finally got a good explosion out of one. We all frantically ran to Lincoln's car and sped out of the parking lot. The whole time there was a guy at the church watching us. Lincoln drive like 75 mph out of that place as the guy tried to futily chase after us on foot. After our great escape, that Brendon kid realized he forgot his wallet and cell phone at the place we just were. So we turned around and parked nearby while Lincoln and Brendon ran back for his stuff. It seemed like hours they were gone when it was like 2 minutes. I had to be home at 11:30 because my parents suck ass. So I was like fuck this dude. I bet we get busted I'm walking back to your house Matt. After a complicated explanation of how to get to his house I was thoroughly confused. But I decided I should take my chances and walk. I had no desire to get hateraped in jail. So I got out of the car and began to make my way to Matt's house. And of course the first thing I do when I make my journey there is take a wrong turn to a street thats just a U turn back to where I just was. As I realized this, a fairly large dog hurtled after me at blinding speeds. I turned around and ran my pansy ass away. The dog nipped away at my heels. I thought he was going to get a piece of my leg and it would be all over from there. But somehow in my frantic running I managed to kick the dog in the face. The dog skulked back with it's tail in between its legs. Victory was had! It then occurred to me that I was incredibly lost and that I had to navigate my way back to Matt's by my wits. Plus I still had my hat on. I took it off knowing that if that guy was around he would remember the kid with the hat on. I stuffed it in my pocket and made my way casually down the street as if I were part of the neighborhood. I turned down all kinds of random streets trying to guess where Matt's house would logically be from my location. I then called my friend Jeff for a ride who happened to be all the way in Midvale while I was in Draper. But I had to keep moving so I would not be easy to spot. As time went on I saw the guy who had chased after us earlier in the sidewalks walking. I was hoping with everything that he didn't get a good enough look at me. I walked by casually and he said "good evening" with a smile as I walked by. In which I did the same thing. I was still alive! I made my way to a street where some kids were sitting outside on the lawn chatting and what not. They were not too shy to talk to me. Before I knew it, I was being hit on by what were obvious middle school girls who were pretending to be 18. And I met a kid with the same name as me! It was crazy. After an unconvincing story of how old they were, they admitted that they were in 9th grade. I wouldn't have gave them much credit. I would have guessed 8th grade at the oldest. But they talked to me until Jeff made it to my house. In which he got out of his car and blurted "HI!" as loud as he could.  I said my goodbyes to the kids and got in the car. Little did they know that they were just an accessory to my great escape from a night of hateraping in jail. As it turns out I was less than 20 feet from Matt's house from where I was. By which Jeff was annoyed that he drove all the way from Midvale to drive me less than a block to safety. What a friend huh? Upon my arrival, Matt begailed me of the story I was not there to hear. Lincoln and Brendon successfully got his stuff from the place. But they got chased again by the guy. They ran like hell to safety and they were off! Everyone made it back safely. And that is my adventure with the coffee creamer. I hope you were just as impressed as myself.

As a side note to this story, I would like to say thank you to all the people who have been there for me through my shitty messes with girls and such. All of you have made a difference whether you know it or not. But yeah. anyway that is my story. Have a wonderful morning/day/night. Whenever you read this.

My Adventures in California!!!!

Well then, I have been gone for about 3 weeks and they have been the best three weeks that I can remember in a long time. I was on constant vacation. This is my story
A few days after I graduated I was on a mission to convince my parents that I should go on a road trip with my close friends, Brennon, Jeff and RJ to California for 5 days. I had already asked them about it before and they shot that idea down like it was nothin. A couple of days before the trip me and my amigos cornered my parents and presented our case of why I should go. It was mostly just Brennon rambling on to my parents and Jeff just standing there nodding his head. Somehow though, it worked and my parents said yes with much regret. So we headed on our way out at 10 at night the next day. The trip was filled with various conversations of insults, homoerotic humor, loud and childish obnoxious behavior. It was great. The original plan was to drive to St. George and just sleep somewhere desolate. But we were all much to awake and excited to sleep. So we drove straight through. But we took a detour in Las Vegas since Brennon had not seen it before. We drove through the city and Brennon was not only tired but he was outrageously paranoid in his tired stupor. At a stoplight a black guy came out of a casino casually and Brennon rolled up his window as fast as the electric window would permit. I was just like dude what the fuck was that? He was just walking out. He wasn't going to come out and mug us with 4 guys in the car. Needless to say we are in the middle of traffic. He's like yeah I know. But you never know. And Jeff is like are you afraid of black people? And Brennon starts to freak out. He's like shut the fuck up. Don't say that out loud. You'll get us killed! It was obvious that Brennon was quite out of it and could probably pass as a paranoid meth addict if we were to be pulled over. So after that we got back on the freeway and made our way to California. We stopped in Hollywood only to learn that it's just as boring any other small city with nothing to offer. However, we did see Universal Studios. We thought it was the actual studios not the theme park. We thought that was in Florida. We all had bright hopes of breaking in and trying out for various movie parts to start on our road to fame, and unlimited sex. But it was actually the theme park. With our hopes crushed we toured through the parking lot briefly and got back on our way. After many long hours with very little sleep we made it to our destination of Ventura. It's a small little town 45 miles out of LA. And I would like to say that LA is more trashy than I possibly could have imagined. There was graffiti everywhere and the drivers are fuckin maniacs. I thought I was going to die at least 4 times. But anyway, we made it to our hotel. Which happened to be a Marriot that we got for a great price because Brennon's uncle works for the company. Our hotel was nice. It was within walkin distance of the beach. Not that it mattered. It was significantly cooler weather where we were than anywhere else in the state. There was virtually no sunlight the whole 3 days we were in Ventura. We spent that day sitting in our hotel and chasing hermit crabs with sticks on beach rocks. The next day we headed to six flags. Brennon had some dumbass idea of buying a season pass there because it was like 5 bucks cheaper than the 2 day pass we were getting. We all gave him so much shit. He was getting pretty pissed off about it. It was the cheapest season pass because it offered the least. So it was obviously a scam for ignorant white people like Brennon. Finally realizing the utter futility of buying a season pass he spent the extra five bucks and got the same 2 day pass. The rollercoasters were so awesome! I don't have motion sickness so I was able to ride every single one of them. I wish I could say the same for Jeff and RJ. They got so sick on the Batman rollercoaster. At the very end of it RJ threw up all over the ride. I heard him do it but I didn't think he actually did. I turned my head to find him and much of that side of the ride to be covered in vomit. I was Oh shit thats nasty! If you got any of that on me I'll kill you. The people to get on the ride next all threw in their own comments. The most popular one being "EWWWWWW!" As I walked off the ride I saw Jeff sitting there silent. I patted him on the shoulder and asked if he was alright. He just lifted up is finger to say hold on a second. he turned around and puked off the balcony of the ride exit calmly. RJ then ran up next to him and joined him in the vomitting spree. It was non homo erotic male bonding at its best. This put RJ and Jeff out of action for pretty much the whole day while me and Brennon enjoyed all the kick ass rides the theme park had to offer. The next day we went back to the water park which was much less exciting. I'm not a big fan of water parks. So laid out in the sun most of the time and got a fake tattoo. Later that night we went to Santa Barbara to check out the California night life. That place was fuckin rad..... It would have been better if we were 21. Most of the cool places were for 21 and older. We got lost in a ghetto back alley there. It scared the shit out of all of us. Rj and Brennon got in a huge ass fight because of it. Every sentence contained "Fuck you, Shut the fuck up"  Brennon pulled over briefly and said get out of the car. It didnt really make any sense to try to make him get out of the car. We couldn't just leave him behind. But after 5 minutes they apologized and the world went back to normal. The next day I came down with a really bad cold from Brennon. I felt like shit. We drove out to San Diego in hopes to go to Mexico and buy a bunch of bootlegged cheap shit and hit a few beaches where hot women may be. We went to Mexico the second we got to San Diego. And of course the second we got to Mexico RJ decided he had to take a massive shit. And what better place to take a shit than a Mexican bar where there is a hole in the ground for a toilet. RJ massacred that bathroom with his poo. He totally made a mess of the place. And as a result he had to buy a beer because at the last minute the Mexican guys decided the bathroom is for paying customers only. So rather than get cornhole raped in a Mexican jail RJ paid the 2 bucks for a beer and we were on our way to buy cheap shit. RJ bought a guitar, Brennon bought some stuff in which I can't remember and Jeff bought a really large ceramic pelican for his mom and a victory stogey for me. I made him a bet earlier in the year and the payment included a stogey. So he bought he a really large stogey and I was happy. I haven't smoked it though. I didn't buy anything. I felt worse and worse the more I walked in the Mexican heat. All I wanted to buy was a switchblade or a stelleto knife. But I was afraid I wouldn't be able to sneak it back across customs. I collapsed in the car. By this time I was so incredibly sick. I was would be asleep for most of the trip after this. We drove to a smaller city to stay with my aunt. I was asleep the whole way feeling like shit. The other guys made various stops to a beach and some food place. When we reached my aunts city. I apparently awoke from my sleep. I don't remember much of this. But I had broken out in an incredibly high fever and started saying really stupid shit that I don't remember. The guys begailed me with stories of crazy shit that I said. I'm not sure if all of it is true. We made it to my aunts apartment where I slept till the next day. The next day we packed up our crap and left back home. I don't remember much of the trip back other than it was hot, the road was bumpy and there was a lot of witty comments. I was still pretty sick then. And that concludes the story of my trip to California through the eyes of me. Keep in mind that I may have left a boring day out. These were just the highlights. I don't think I told the tale of all 5 days.

My Adventures in Italy

About 18 hours after I got home from California. I packed up and flew out to Italy. The flight was long beyond all logical reason. 4 hours to Cincinatti then another 10 to Rome International. It sucked very badly. I was kind of worried about this trip. I didn't know anybody very well on the tour. They all went to my school but I didn't know any of them. I can be really shy around people I don't know. Rome is an incredible place. But it's like, Mexico, LA, and Las Vegas all rolled up into one city. Crazy ass drivers, Graffiti everywhere, Anti war posts everywhere and tons of hobos and gypsies out to steal your money. I checked into my 3 star hotel and met the other guys who I would be rooming with on the tour. The room was very small. In Europe they have something in bathrooms called a Bidet. It's basically something that squirts into your butt while you wipe with your finger. They don't use toilet paper there. I then dubbed this foreign butt cleaner "the ass fountain." Luckily the hotels has toilet paper anyway for foreign travelers. We immediately began our tour of Rome. There was a lot of kick ass places to go like the Colessium,  the catacombs, St mary's church, tons of ancient roman ruins, the vatican, the sistine chaple. I saw all this stuff that I normally see in textbooks. It may look boring in the books but it's way cool in person. So we toured Rome for 2 days and after that we were off again. This time to Sorrento. Sorrento to me was my ideal paradise. The most beautiful city I have been to. It's this coastal city that sits off the Mediterrenian Sea. The sea is clear and full of life. The people were nice, the food was kick ass, except in the hotel we stayed out. The food kind of sucked there. Off the coast of Sorrento is an island called Capri. Which was just as beautiful and kick ass as Sorrento. While I was in Sorrento I bought a really cheasy pair of aviator glasses for 5 euros after bargaining. They mark the only souvenir I bought for myself since most of the items there were aimed towards women and ridiculously rich people. After a couple of days there the tour moved to Florence. Florence was pretty cool because there was tons of history there. We saw tons of famous churches on the way there, Michaelangelo's David statue and all kinds stuff you only get to see in textbooks. By this point in the trip I knew who everyone was. But I didn't really fit in with anyone. I was kind of this outsider guy. It was getting old that I was getting patronized by a lot of the people. I didn't want pity. It was starting to bum me out. After 3 days in Florence we went to our final destination of Venice. Venice was Awesome. It was infested with diseases with wings, otherwise known as pigeons. I would have payed a lot of money to close down the island so that me and my friends could wipe them out with guns and what not. It was seriously so disgusting how much bird shit there was. And they are trying to get rid of these rats with wings by any means. I would glady volunteer my services for it. Venice was pretty cool. It was a pretty easy going town with a lot to offer. But we were only there for one day and we headed on our way back home. The trip back home was an absolute disaster. The plane that was supposed to pick us up was 2 hours late and when we did get on the plane we had to wait half an hour just to take off because the airport was so disorganized. 10 hours later I reached JFK Internation in New York. We had missed our flight by an hour because of the lateness of our plane. So we were stuck 2 floors underground for 4 hours while the airport tried to find us a flight home. It looked like some of us werent going home that night. only a few would get to board a plane and the rest stay behind for the night. But at the last moment they found a plane to Las Vegas to stick us all on. We all ran to the plane and made it. Except for Mrs. Hardy the lady who had taken us to Italy. She stayed behind so a girl from the tour didnt have to. Everyone felt pretty bad about it. We journeyed 5 hours to Vegas in a pretty cool plane where there was personal tv's and games for everyone with satellite cable tv. After we made it at 1 in the morning we had to attempt to sleep on the floor of the airport for 6 hours until our plane to SLC arrived. I couldn't sleep. The entire trip I had an hour and a half of sleep. So when I did get home I was surprisingly not tired. By Italian time I had been awake for more than 32 hours. I stayed a full Italian 48 hours by the end of the day I got home. Anyway that's just a SUMMARY of my trip to Italy. So much happened I can't possibly take the time to write it on here. All the stories have like stories inside of stories. There's so much to tell. So if youre really curious, ask me sometime, I have plenty of cool stories of my adventure. so yeah.

My adventures in Wyoming!!! (Graduation night)

Yesterday had to have been one of the best days of my life. I finally graduated after all the hard work and effort I had put in. I haven's felt this alive in a long time. It's been at least 3 or 4 months that I could say I'm truly happy. It was the most liberating feeling in the world to walk out on stage and take my fake diploma. ha ha. For once I felt free. And I know for sure I am now. I will miss some of the people I went to school with. I feel that the people I knew as close friends, friends and acquaintances were the best I could ask for in my life. They were good people. I'd like to thank all of them for their friendships, the memories and experiences they have brought me the past years.
After I graduated I was scared I would have nothing to do for graduation night. At first it was just me and this girl I like a lot (but she doesn't know that, or at least I don't think she does) just sitting in a Taco Bell parking lot waiting for Brennon and Jeff to meet us there. When they finally did get there, we sat in that parking lot for at least an hour trying to figure out what we should do. The recreation center party seemed like it would be boring and not to mention a huge rip off. A lot of people were out drinking despite the fact a lot of them got busted at senior sunset the night before and none of us drink so basically there was no place cool to go. But somehow Evanston, Wyoming and a shitload of illegal fireworks came to Brennon's mind. We all decided that we should all hop into my sex machine, 3 cylinder, 54 horse power Geo Metro and drive there to buy cheap porn and fireworks. Of course by this time it was midnight and Brennon had assured us there is a firework store that is open 24/7. So we hit the freeway very excited that we got to blow shit up on graduation day. We left with my car running on fumes. I hadn't bothered to even think about filling it. I figured we would be fine. We made it to Parleys Canyon going at blinding speeds of 30 to sometimes 45 MPH. I was getting passed by truckers left and right. I cannot begin to describe the hilarious comments that took place throughout the whole trip. It helped make the trip even more worthwhile. The whole time, all of us were scared as shit that we were going to run out of gas in the middle of no where. I myself was scared. I had visions of my friend R.J. coming from downtown to give us a tank of gas. But by some miracle we made it the whole 2 hours on fumes. I filled up immediately. We saw many wonders in this majestic town called Evantson, Wyoming. A porno shop next to a church billboard and gas for 1.91. We drove forever looking for a 24 hour fireworks store and had absolutely no luck. We pulled into a gas station because everyone had to use the bathroom. We asked the guy at the counter if such a store of incredible greatness existed. He just gave us a dirty look like "You Mo-Mo Utah kids are stupid as shit" he just replied there's no store like that in town. Brennon, would not leave Wyoming empty handed. He purchased a straw cowboy hat for 10 bucks at that very gas station and a cherry lime slushee. We drove 2 hours so Brennon could buy a cowboy hat and a slushee under the false hopes of buying a shitload of illegal fireworks. Of course he didn't mean to do that. But I have to admit, it was so funny and I don't regret it and nor would I take it back for anything. The drive home went by faster since it was downhill. I was actually able to do the speed limit. Woo hoo! We looked up at the night sky as we drove home. You could see every single star up there. It was very beautiful. We got home and we all crashed at Jeff's house and Lizzy went home. I couldn't imagine a better graduation night than going on a fun trip with my 2 best friends and the girl I like next to me while I'm driving.
I really can't wait for what this summer brings for me. I hope to meet a lot of new people and keep in touch with as many people as I can. It won't be long before we all go our seperate ways. If anyone wants to hang out with me sometime, then by all means let me know. Ha ha. We will figure somethin out. I want to make the most of my youth while I still can. Anyway that's the story of my graduation if you cared to read this.

Big News, New Changes!.......maybe

Well to start off I graduate on the 9th. That's in 5 days. I'm super stoked about that. But it's really weird that after 13 years it's over. Well not quite because I'm going to college. But after the 9th I'm not sure what's going to happen. My dad might be getting a new job in Boise, Idaho. If he does I have a choice to either move with them, stay here, or have the whole family stay here. My dream has always been to move out. But to where? My best friends aren't really my best friends anymore. We don't really hang out or really talk. And it sucks. So where do I have to move to if I stay? I don't have as much here for me anymore. I would stay for my close friends. But they are pretty much gone anyway. And it's for all kinds of reasons and it sucks. So if my dad gets the job he will be making almost triple what he makes now. And since I don't have much for me here anyway, I may just move with my family. But I don't know. It's strange to think that after the 9th I won't see like 98% of those people again. Not that it bothers me because I don't care for like 95% of them. But that little 3% is what bothers me. I've lived here all my life. It's hard to leave. But maybe if I go it will be a good change. Or maybe I will regret it horribly. It's crazy to even think about leaving everything I've ever known and starting all over from scratch going into the real world. Nothing is for sure. My dad hasn't gone to the interview yet. I guess we'll see what happens then ay?

Touch it!

Hey, I have a huge boner right now. Erection if you will. Do I have any takers who want to see it/touch it? Anyone at all? It doesn't bite. Promise. It just spits a little bit.............Come on. I know you want to. Don't even deny it!

And for the record this is just a JOKE! I've been so bored the past 3 weeks because I've been grounded, that saying random shit is my only form of cheap entertainment. I hope you were just as cheaply amused as I am now. Have a wonderful day/evening.

Fuck!!!!!

I'm so scared! I don't know what to do. I'm on my last math packet but I have to retake one test then do one more before the 27th. And I'm so lost in what I'm doing. I'm so fucking scared. I don't know what to do. Honestly. I've never been so scared and confused. This packet has clearly taken its toll on me. Now I'm just breaking down and losing my mind. Oh God how I wish I could do math, more than ever. But whining won't save me now as it wouldn't save me then. This is all my fucking fault. I failed the stupid class and now I'm stuck trying to make it up at the last second. I'm so scared I won't graduate. I'm sick of being scared. I'm sick of being depressed, tired, angry, confused, and frustrated 24/7. Fuck, I just don't know what to do. And that's extra scary to me. I have to graduate. My graduation all depends on one packet. Ah! I don't understand any of the shit. It's so hard. I can handle spanish class, I can handle anatomy, I can handle english. But the second I have to deal with math. I can't do shit. I have never been so scared ever in my life. I can't emphasize that enough. I don't have much longer. I just fucking wish I was smart enough to do it. I'm seeing a tutor and stuff. But it's not enough. Teacher's don't care enough to help me. My friends just make bullshit excuses not to help me with it. It's just so much to handle virtually all by myself. It's hard to handle something I don't understand and never have understood. I keep telling myself. Just a little bit longer. You're almost done. You got done with one packet now you have one more. But it doesn't work anymore. I just don't know what to do now. Ah! I want to fucking scream and cry so bad. But I can't do it. I keep pushing myself to understand this bullshit and I can't do it no matter what. God help me, it feels like I'm dying.

Thanks to those who deserve it

I'd like to take the time to say thanks to those who have helped me through some of the hard times I have been through since March. From my mom's dangerous surgery - to me trying to catch up on graduation, and every shitty detail in between those events, there were people who were there for me to comfort me in my time of need. Granted not all my problems were that big of a deal. But the stress really started to build on me. I'm sorry for whining, and bitching or being in an overall shitty mood to some people. I'm usually a pretty upbeat guy if you know me. Even though the worst of the shittiness is not yet over, I would like to thank a few people for being there Kyle Jeff Brennon Ashley Cl. Ashley Co. Wil Matt C Lincoln Branden Melissa Jessica And I'm sure there is more. If you're name wasn't in here, then I either forgot about you on accident or you just plain old didn't deserve thanks you rotten bastard. But I felt the need to post this, even if it doesn't apply to everyone, because I don't think some people realize what they can do to help change someones life or state of mind. Sometimes it may not take very much but it's in everyones power I believe. Anyway, I'm done. But on a side note: FUCK HIGH SCHOOL and FUCK YOU TOO! (you know who you are)
