For some people, it's easy to work out. They like it because it makes them feel good about themselves. Then there is people like me, where you have to really fight against you're [lazy tendencies] busy schedule to get it done. So far I've done well and seen some good results in a week. I lose the excess fat easy but it's hard to keep it off.
Bleh. I did this same routine for months when I lived out at the apartment. It worked out really well. The big problem with me is, if I get thrown off track just once, It's hard for me to get back on it.
I keep telling myself it will all be worth it so I don't think I look like some chubby American bastard. Well I'm a man of my word, and I will keep at this as long as I can, if not improve at it.
